For this 35,000 sq. ft. meat processing facility, which includes varied and exacting mechanical systems, Blythe was selected to be the design-build mechanical contractor. 

Systems designed and installed include a steam boiler with medium and low pressure piping, medium and low temperature refrigeration for both processing and storage, compressed air, HVAC for the office and plant, and sanitary plumbing for the office and plant.  All mechanical work in the processing area meets FDA standards. 

Blythe completed the project within budget and met a very aggressive schedule.
