Blythe was given an award from the Associated General Contractors of Washington in recognition and appreciation of efforts to provide a safe workplace and assist injured workers in returning to work. In 2007, Blythe Plumbing & Heating had a .6 Experience Modification Rate (EMR). This was within the top 25 in the State of Washington. Blythe maintains a 10 year average EMR of .67. AGCoW recognized Blythe as a top performer for safety and claims management.

The Associated General Contractors of Washington awarded the 2007 Build Washington Award to Blythe Plumbing & Heating for work done on the project at the Silver Reef Casino & Spa. The award was presented to Dave Morse III, the President of Blythe Plumbing & Heating, at an awards banquet at the Seattle Museum of Flight on May 17th, 2007.

The project was selected as one of the top projects in the state as challenging and unique.

John Harris presented Jeffrey Johnson with the grand prize at the 2007 Blythe Plumbing & Heating Employee Appreciation Banquet. Jeffrey went home with a new TV. Congratulations Jeffrey!
