Our Engineering Services department is directed by the President of our company, Dave Morse III, who holds both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Business Administration. He is also a Professional Engineer registered with the state.

The Blythe engineering team works closely with you, our customer, to ensure that our solutions are comfortable, energy efficient, and cost effective. We have a proven track record of delivering design and construction services on time and on budget.

Our innovative and knowledgeable team coordinates well with architects, design consultants, and other trades. This ability, combined with our strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines, allows projects with accelerated schedules to proceed smoothly and efficiently.

A major advantage of the design build approach includes the development of accurate budgets which assist owners in planning and financing. Another advantage is that we precisely define equipment weights and electrical requirements, coordinate service access, and provide architects and other consultants with complete and updated information early and often. This contributes to the most seamless engineering and construction processes possible.

At the completion of construction projects, our engineering department thoroughly monitors, reviews, and tests our systems to ensure that the end user receives fully functional systems ready for immediate operation.

The Blythe engineering team is also available to contribute value engineered solutions for plan spec projects.
